Key Ahead
EditRocket provides Key Ahead functionality to give users the abilty to quickly enter text in the programming text editor.
Key Ahead can be invoked by using the default keyboard shortcut of C + K.
Key Ahead works by displaying a window containing a list of the values. Selecting one of the values will insert the text into the programming editor.
EditRocket provides several default key ahead values for each of the programming languages supported by EditRocket. Users can add to or remove from these options by launching the key ahead configuration tool located in the preferences. Users can add values tied to a specific programming language that will only show when that language is the language selected in the programming editor, or users can add values that will display for all language types.
